International shipping FAQ

We ship to a wide list of international destinations. Economy goes through our own network and Express through global partners such as UPS, DHL, FedEx and Aramex. Serviceability and transit time are confirmed at booking, based on origin, destination and contents. Customs clearance time is extra.
Yes. Express is our fastest international service. For critical shipments, next flight out or an on-board courier can be arranged on request, depending on the route.
The price depends on the destination, weight and box size. We charge on actual or volumetric weight, whichever is higher. Share the destination, weight and box size and we'll quote the price.
The customer is responsible for accurate documentation and for all applicable duties, taxes and charges at the destination, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Duty-paid delivery, where you pay the duty upfront in India, is available on request for selected countries. Note: the USA no longer allows duty-free entry for low-value parcels, including courier shipments, and the EU charges €3 per item on parcels under €150 from 1 July 2026.
Individuals: one photo ID (Aadhaar, passport, PAN or voter ID). Businesses: GSTIN, IEC, AD code, LUT (to export without paying IGST), a commercial invoice and a packing list. Our team confirms any destination-specific documents at booking.
Documents go on CSB-III. Gifts up to ₹25,000 and free samples up to ₹50,000 go on CSB-IV. Commercial exports go on CSB-V and need an IEC.
No. Since 1 April 2026 there is no value cap on courier exports. The earlier limit was ₹10 lakh.
Items prohibited or restricted under applicable laws, aviation regulations or international conventions cannot be shipped — including hazardous materials, explosives, firearms, narcotics and counterfeit goods. Ask us first for medicines, food, batteries and liquids, as rules differ by country.
Yes. We coordinate customs clearance at the port of entry, then deliver through our domestic network — including ODA and NSA locations. The receiver completes KYC. Gifts cannot be imported by courier (except life-saving medicines and rakhis) unless full duty is paid. Duty is worked out as basic customs duty plus social welfare surcharge plus IGST on the CIF value.
Customs may inspect any shipment. Declare the contents and value of every package correctly to avoid delays.
No. International transit times are indicative, not guaranteed. Customs, flights and weather can cause delays.
